A family run financial services business from Carlisle is going the distance to raise money for SCBU and Reiver house at the Cumberland Infirmary.

Stan Sherlock Associates LTD (SSA) team members are going 1000 miles to raise £1000 in the month of November. This is in memory of Luke Graham, brother to Tom who is part of the SSA team.

emma-sherlock.jpgEmma Sherlock, Chief Operating Officer, SSA, said: “We'd like to do this in memory of Luke Graham whose family chose the 2 charities to be supported in his name. If you didn't know Luke - just know that he was a very special and much loved person.

“We’re just past the midway point for our 1000 miles £1000 challenge and we are smashing it! We've walked in rain, hail, wind and sunshine and you know what... we're loving it!”

So far, they have collected a total of 546.53 miles and raised £700, all in memory of Tom's brother, Luke Graham.SSA charity.jpg
